For all partners, we apply the brand image and style to your client facing digital health app for full engagement.  For white-label partners we also apply the brand image and style to premium packaging so that your clients experience your brand from beginning to end. 

Our technical services team integrates with your e-commerce solution and/or EHR platform. We train your team on the all of the workflows and get you comfortable with our intuitive admin portal. Our support team is always at your service as you get started.

We send sample collection kits to your clinic or to your client's home. Samples collected in the clinic can simply be shipped to the lab in the pre-paid return envelope. When your patient or client activates an at-home kit, our authorizing physician network performs the test authorization and review.

For at-home testing orders, we ship collection kits to your patient's or client's home. We walk the user through the process and provide reminders and support along the way through your branded app. Samples are sent to our lab partners using the prepaid mailer. One free replacement kit is provided if needed.

Results are sent to the designated reviewer, integrated to your EHR, and sent to the client through your branded app. We provide results, ranges, and vetted interpretations (you may customize the results report through our vetting process.  The status of every test is available in the admin portal.
